Onnie Kirke and Jackie Rowe, 1920s. Jackie was the son of British soldier Albert Rowe and Mary Ladrigan from Tipperary. He was orphaned in his teens and joined the Marchant Navy. Jackie and Onnie moved to live in St James parade, off the Falls Road, Belfast.
