George Reilly aged 17 joined the north geish Horse Regiment in WWI and returned safety to his family outside Drum. He was a member of Aughanagh Brass Band, master of and emigrated to London with his wife Margaret (Maggie) and three children in 1957. He was very interested in gardening, attending church and was an avid reader. He kept his uncles with his family in Drum up until his death. He returned each August to trade part in the Royal Beach Preceptory (RBP) each 12 th August in Fermanagh.
