A man being carried on a palanquin in Northern India
An unidentified Western man being carried on a palanquin by Indian staff, more than likely photographed in the 1920’s. This negative is in the McKay collection because John McKay worked as a tea prospector there, but none of the family are able to identify the people pictured.
